Fell down so badly... 4 days of alcohol and porn, went to the darkest places I was avoiding for so long.. relatevely long, it's tough... really tough. Hard to go through things on ur own. Such a silly and lonely world we live in...
Been having these binge situations all throughout this year... there horrible.. I feel your pain. The only thing thats slowly getting me out of it is jogging/walking.. and looking for love in every situation... anything that makes someone else feel loved or special and that makes you feel 10 times better then anything alcohol or porn can do... it might take a few times but keep at it.. don't give up.. ill pray for you and good luck!
Day 0 Have to admit - looking at sexy pics and M-ing after a weekend away with my GF. Started slacking after I got used to having actual sex with her. Reset is in order. I am going to start rewatching and reposting the PMO addiction videos that I watched when I started this over a year ago Should help reaffirm the importance of no PMO Have a great week guys!
On day 16, starting to have really lucid dreams which could be triggering. Busyish day ahead but not feeling 100% just need to get out for some fresh air and movement.
