I would like to join. I'm an 18 year old male who just discovered nofap a few days ago. I'm sick of being controlled by my desires. Right now my goal is 30 days of nofap with consistent workouts and self-improvement. Once I reach that goal I'll go from there.

how I do it:
-spend time with God daily since day 31
- NO bad media
That means no bad YouTube, TV shows or films (sorry but the show called “Vikings” made me almost fall, so I do not recommend it), no jealous love songs or pimps rap or similar
