Day 1 done. Need to really regroup and focus. Focus. Focus. Need to be positive. Need to keep reminding myself about how much I tend to lose if I continue pmo. Worst case scenario, my pied isn't cure, but even then I will have regained my life...
Day 3 done. Yesterday i was feeling really sick, gladly i was able to sleep early last night now i feel a little bit better. Day 3[✓] Day 5[] Day 7[]
Day 9 And tried that challenge - which is awesome and so freaking hard - did level 2 only but continued to follow until the end to learn the exercises! Try it!
Day 11/90. I had some strong urges yesterday and even slipped and edged a little in the shower (no P, no O, but still), but caught myself and I'm hopefully back on track. I don't think it was enough to reset the counter, at least I hope not But then I went to the gym and worked out really hard, it was amazing how much I could lift, I just funneled all that energy into the workout, and I slept great. So, Day 11, let's do this!
day 20! Mixture of feelings. A wave of elevated mood and then little down. It could be due to my new flat that I was hoping find peace in but walls are so thin so I can hear my neighbour which makes my nights restless. I hope I get used to it. Overall feel good, now looking forward to next challenge of 25 days!
