Hi guys, I need your help. A month ago I lost my virginity with a girl that I like and and she was a virgin too and yesterday we had sex again. The problem is that both times I felt that my erections were weak and I couldn't manage to cum. She was worried and she asked me if I liked her because she thought she turned me off, what is not true. The weird thing is that when I masturbate I suffer from premature ejaculation as I have been doing it for a long time. The cause of this problem is obviously my PMO addiction, what it's getting worse and worse btw, but I need to know if there is something I can do to improve sexual intercourse with her as I'm so worried and stressed. Thanks.

While I haven't been a virgin for about 15 years now, I also had a problem with very weak erections and premature ejaculation which started about 4 years ago. Abstaining from porn, masturbation, sex and orgasm for a couple of months fixed it. That's what this forum is all about, and I recommend you try it.

Thanks for the advice, this really makes me feel better. I'm really trying to stop doing PMO but I feel like it's so hard, I always try to do my best but I end up relapsing. But as I said thank you for your reply, it's good to know there is a solution for that!

Good luck man! For many of us it's become a very valuable coping mechanism for life's various stressors, so it's naturally hard to let go. It's all about learning to live without it. Finding other mechanisms, that don't make us dysfunctional.

Don't get discouraged by short steaks. Think of them as practice runs for the kind of life you're trying to live. Every day you go without you get more used to going-without.
