Perhaps you can also post when you complete a day. It will motivate you to go to day 2. Just give it a try, even if you update after 12 hours and say like 12 hours to go.
Back to Day 0 I really made a mess of my work today mainly because I was emaciated.Now the stress,Uncertainty follows.
To everyone who struggles (myself included), i would like to congrat you, yes you relapsed but you didn't give up, that is a good thing and its worth mentioning, good job! 3/90 I am now fully back on track. Yes, I have been lethargic the last three days accomplishing absolutely nothing but at least I did not binge or think about PMOing. Moving forward with zeal with the little energy I have at the moment
Relapsed, sigh. Feeling disappointed with myself. One thing's for certain, though: If I don't keep trying I will never make it to the end. So back at it again with day 0.
