Day 3/90. Exhausted from today. On paper, it was a good day, but I still feel kind of "bad." I think I'm tired and my brain wants me to get back to PMO. Gonna do my best to say no tonight.
Guys every time you fall add something new to your life to have greater chances than last time. I.e doing exercises, quitting stuff with triggers, telling a friend, whatever it helps! Also never give up or lose hope
