    Day 58! Had a wet dream last night, the first one during this reboot session. I don't know if I should take it as a blessing or step back.
    On one hand, in the past days, maybe weeks, I felt quite not sexual and cracks in my habits seem to appear as pressure for not giving it everything I got in everything I do, started to show up here and there. I was also confronted with the prospect that my interest in sex is waning and I will lose it forever. However, with this event, I have been reassured, that this is not the case, as I've been through this the last time I passed the 40+ day mark. I am not sure if this happened because I allowed myself yesterday to go to sleep before achieving the objective I set for myself, one that, in hindsight, was probably too complicated to achieve without my body and mind taking extensive damage (wanted to write 1200 words, but only got to 500 after 3 hours, so writing the other 700, would've meant that I would probably reach around 24 hours of no sleep), which is why I decided to cut my losses and go to sleep. I remembered now, another reason why this might've happened, which in hindsight, might've been the main reason. I was browsing on deviant art website for a cool picture as my thumbnail, and as I was scrolling through, there were also "deviant" pictures, which I mostly ignored as I focused my attention on getting what I need and getting out. So until at least the reboot period is over, I will not visit that site anymore, even though the kind of pictures they have there are pretty awesome and hard to find anyplace else (too bad it's lumped together with sexual pictures, with no clear way on how to filter them), a loss I am willing to take for the time being.
    On the other hand, however, I am now more relaxed and confident that I need not worry about my sexual interest being lost, as this seems like a part of the reboot. I know now, how to go harder in this journey and what else to avoid. I am planning on getting a certain tattoo, which, to be in line with its conditions, means I must not have "fun times" with a woman for at least a month before creating it, so I guess this lesson will help prevent such a happening in the next month, adding the uncertainty of wether it counts or not and if I'm truly in line with those rules. Damn, I love synchronicity!
    Anyway, the lessons here? take the appropriate amount of rest, eat good food and kick some butt on this journey!

    Day 257 no PMO. I’m back at home with my family. I got a little frustrated when I got home yesterday as it seemed like they just kept doing their normal things and didn’t pay much attention to me. I stayed calm and got through it without any real issues but it did hurt my feelings. Have a good weekend everyone.

    I do feel, however, that Elfs should be later, i.e. higher than dwarfs and humans, although my knowledge of The Lord of the Rings is small.

    Day 361 free of porn and Day 289 free of MO.

    It has been a rather stressful week, I had an emotional trigger that set me in a tailspin of negativity for around 3 days and quite a challenging week at work. Thankfully I broke out of the cycle. As for urges, I had one on Monday, simply attempting to distract me from the way I was feeling. I did not give in to it though. The good news is, I made it through the week and more importantly I made it out of the emotional rut. I worked on reframing my perspective for the emotional event and letting it be, with time I hope to shorten the duration of such emotional triggers. I turn 30 in a few days, I wonder what emotion will rise up, if any.

    I encourage you all to challenge your perspective on any occurrence that sets you on a path of self-destructive obsession. If something is in your control, work towards changing it. If something is out of your control, work on your perspective and your reaction to said thing.

    Well, i didn´t slipped more since that one time yesterday, so far so good. my relapse/binging prevention plan is holding up quite nicely. though i´m still in the danger zone, so i will continue to be extra diligent.

    Water fast day 2

    I'm feeling good. I think I'll keep the fasting until tomorrow morning. Even do I can keep going. It usually takes 2 days after a fast to adjust to have my full strenght back and usually Monday and Tuesday are the most demanding days at the gym and I want to do a catch up to my general muscle build because I just finished 7 days water fast a week ago and lacking strenght can delay it.

    I think I'll continue with weekly fastings of 24-48hrs on the weekends and on daily basis doing intermittent fasting. Eating mostly meat to not lose muscle mass and veggies for micronutrients. And some ocassional fruits, nuts and veggie juices using a juice extractor.

    I’ve lost my way.
    Last month I’ve made it for more than three weeks.
    Since then, I wasn’t able to make it more than 24 hours.

    Binge sessions. PMO in the bathroom while my wife and her friends are in the house. PMO first thing in the morning without even thinking about it. I am completely lost.
    I’m not even sure what is the first thing I need to do to just slow this down.
    I’m actually dizzy from PMO.

    I’m not even bothering to restart my counter because I have no faith in myself right now that there is any point to “start” a new streak.

    Slowly getting back my rhythm. I've got an exciting work project coming up this month which will be a fun challenge but also a nice change of pace.

    Still getting urges every now and then but I'm dealing with them surprisingly well so far. I'm relying very little on distractions and just simply not letting the urges get to me which feels very empowering.

    so most of your meals are just meat and vegetables? Do you eat any rice, bread, pasta, beans, lentils, quinoa, potatoes? Any of that stuff?

    And you don’t eat fruit very often? You stick to mostly vegetables?

    I am trying to find a way of eating that doesn’t cause any bloating or discomfort in my stomach area. I think I have a sensitive stomach. This is a huge mystery right now for me deciding the best way to eat to maximize how good my stomach feels so I can go through day to day life at my best.

    Worked out again (not the max amount of reps I can do, but enough to strain me) for the third day in a row. I will work on maintaining this as I care mostly about building structure and discipline on a daily basis right now.

    My morning routine:

    Wake-up
    Shower
    Make bed
    Breakfast
    Watch Cultivate Crypto (or another video if he hasn't posted that morning)
    Work out
    Brush Teeth

    I like to have a certain order to the things I do in the morning as I tend to be most lazy during that time... If I left it up to me I'd just sleep all day. Conquering the morning will be huge for me! I have learned to jump in the shower right away and that I should watch the video on my computer, not in bed on my phone or I'll fall back asleep.

    Truth be told I haven't been doing this properly in awhile so I'll be back on it as I think it was very critical to my success last time. So yeah, reestablishing this will be my first goal for this streak.
