We all are same brother, i was also struggled a lot, i suggest you to make small goals like 3, 7, 15, or 30 days. When reboots comes to your mind then think about that difficult journey how you added one by one or you are going to start from day one. Sorry brother i am not good at writing it make me 30 min. Haven't logged in for a few days (I've been ok, thanks for asking) but pleased to see my streak at 150 days!
I want to +1 on this advice too. I think your very first goal should be 1 day, or if that's a struggle just 1 hour. The discipline and energy you gain from that first win helps you complete the next goal. I think if you dive in with a goal of a 365 days part of your mind freaks out and runs away. I know different things work for different people but this addiction is so hard to shift that I feel that slow a steady has the highest chance of success.
