Day 6/90. Energy throughout the morning. Ran late for work but I was energized and focused. Day 6/90 cheers to you and everyone good luck on the process.

Day 2. Worked out and just generally feeling much better than yesterday.

 

DAY 72

 

Day 33 - Gotta keep making my calls. It helps a lot to release anxiety and create a sense of connection. I don't even have to get too detailed (and probably shouldn't be getting too detailed calling people I've just met), just sharing anything at all helps.

I just feel bad.

This time I'll wake up early and go for a walk and meet up with a friend.
