Day 33 - Gotta keep making my calls. It helps a lot to release anxiety and create a sense of connection. I don't even have to get too detailed (and probably shouldn't be getting too detailed calling people I've just met), just sharing anything at all helps.
Day 19, I feel anger and frustration I just feel bad. Tomorrow shall be better. This time I'll wake up early and go for a walk and meet up with a friend. @Idf1998 Congrats, keep going
