Today I am feeling very anxious and I'm getting upset easily.

Trying to complete baby steps every day so that worst case scenario is that I'm in a better place than I was the day before

I'm too much focused on storytelling and social interaction. Most of the time I got real awkward while talking to strangers.
Like every other skill i have to devlop this skill also.

Seconds ago I was dealing with a strong urge.
Urges are hitting again, But I will resist.

Day 25/90, slight urges today but nothing unmanageable.
Keep up the good work guys, do not give up.

 

Day 3 went alright. Good lesson that this journey and life aren’t linear cause yesterday was a great day.
