Im still here - have not watched any actual P in a looooong time - close to when I started here. Im just trying to be stricter with the streak - so wanted to do one final big streak that I count here before I go off on my own. Let's get it!

Hello, you all are so cool! Fighting the good fight against something that turns ends into personal means. Not to mention the cessation of the abuse to self. All so noble with very little recognition from friends and family because the secret is pretty dark. I mean how do you confess to people who never have indulged? But it does go to show that actions effect our environment, especially what we do privately!

I'm off for a day out with the family! Things could not be better, which surprises me, because there has been so little time that has passed to seeing the benefits of the NOFap commitment.

Day 13. Still kind of shocked to be broken up with and I feel terrible. Hoping to feel better. Some days are ok and some are just bad like the last couple of days.
