set yourself a goal, such as going to the gym, reading a certain number of books, among others. that keep you busy during the day, and when night comes you just want to sleep.
Hey everyone. I came to this realisation that i have been looking at this reboot thing with a samller perpective. FOR SPECIFICALLY in my case, you cant just quite a habit one day and decide to stop altogether, I have failed in this matter for quite sometime now. Now what i have in mind for myself may not align with all of your beliefs but i am thinking rather then quitting it all together, i should start going downhill gradually. First start to reduce the frequency of PMO on daily basis. ONCE that happens, then Start reducing the same frequency on weekly basis. then so on to 2 weeks, then a month then so on. I find it fruitful to my taste as it sounds practical and doable for me ALSO, IF YOU ARE MAKING PROGRESS REGARDLES OF THIS STRATEGY THEN CARRY ON, DONT TRY THIS. THIS IS FOR MYSELF AND PPL WHO ARE TIRED TO SLIPPING. GOOD LUCK. ALL
