Day 2 and 3 (4): was busy with some reading and learning foreign language. Found for myself a book "Breaking the Cycle". I'll try to find an info for myself about the self-control in this book. Yet, nothing special in life.
Day 52/90 Long day at work today. Managed half an hour of light weights and stretches afterwards. Looking forward to a takeaway and a beer to see in the weekend. Good luck everyone stay strong
2/90 my shoulder was causing a nervous pain for the whole day and drained the energy out of me. Fell asleep before I could post here and feel really fucking bad for letting somebody down
Back to Day 0/90. This time, Day 90 will fall on my 31st birthday. And no, I didn't relapse so it would lol. I just have less self-control late at night and end up relapsing. I gotta watch my smartphone habits.

Have to agree. Urges/temptations definitely get better , I'd say the first 21 days were very tough for me to get through but then they slowly start to be less frequent. Well done on you're current streak btw
