13/90- To say that I am happy today would be a big understatement. I have been ridiculously happy, dancing around to music, communing with nature and just smiling for no apparent reason. Wow! Being porn free for 2 weeks is awesome. Porn comes with a lot of shame and feelings of defectiveness that I don't want to experience again. I will continue to make recovery the number one priority in my life until the end of this year and see what happens.
Congratulations! You are an inspiration to me. It shows it can be done. Wish you all the best in your journey!
7/90 - Felt some more urges, was able to ignore them. 8/90 - I think I started to experience some form of flatline; struggled to feel joy from regular experiences and felt overall lethargic. Also slipped up (kinda). I'm in a LDR and had phone sex, including MO. This was something I planned on temporarily abstaining from while I went through my 90 days because it felt like a slippery slope to compulsive sexual activity. However, it's also the closest I can come to having sex with my partner, and reinforcing the association between O and relationship is ultimately what I want. I don't want this to happen again though, and I did make adjustments (structural change) to avoid it more. 9/90 - My urges definitely felt stronger today, but I resisted binging on PMO. Going to keep the counter moving, because to me a streak isn't about falling down as much as whether or not you give up trying.
Day 10 I survived another day! Certain moments were tough, but I got through it. The good news is my urges seem to be linked to seeing girls in real life, around town and stuff that seem to be attracted to me.
14/90- Officially two weeks free of PMO again. I am so happy!
