    Day 1

    I'm starting my journey today from 3am for 90 days hopefully. I'm going to keep updating my progress everyday.

    Day 2, Nov 4

    Day 2 is almost done though I'm barely making it, I feel like I'm going to slip.

    Just checking in myself guys. Just completed my first full day, feeling good. I'm trying to keep myself really busy by staying on top of my university work, going to the gym and socialising with other people as much as I can in the evening. Great to hear from so many others - I think it will make my own journey much more likely to succeed, and yours as well! Keep it up boys - we all got this. Baby steps.

    Today some time ago I saw a condom pocket in my friends bag accidentally. After that sudden high urge feel in my body. I body trigger me to take this condom and do masturbation at instant. My brain get uncontrollable. But I control my feeling and I get out from that place. After from that time only I thinking about that condom and masturbation.     Try to distract yourself with other things man! Go to the gym, go outside for a walk or go play video games if you have to. Anything (within reason) to get your mind off it at first! You got this.

    It has been 6 days since my nofap but i did night fall yesterday. Should i start again from day 1 or i should continue my journey.

    It really feels very bad if you try to stop nofapp with all your power in day and end up with a night fall at night.

    Hey man, don't worry about it. I've been the same over the past month and I've just been starting again the next day. One day I will manage this, and I am hoping it is this time. It does feel bad when you fall off the wagon but whats worse is dwelling on this and not getting back to work. Every day is day 1. You got this brother

    Hey guys, just checking in for day 2. Had quite a productive day today catching up on some uni work. Also had a good day of progress at the gym. Started to get some urges this afternoon but I decided to put up a calender and tick off the days I have done to act as motivation not to give up. See you again tomorrow, keep it up boys.

    You guys are doing great things for yourselves, don't throw away a chance at being your best self for passing pleasure. I have been going since early October but I can write an update for this challenge too every couple days.

    Start to do meditation every day at least 10 min. In morning. Watch videos on orbital meditation. It is quite difficult but if you start it very useful stopping night fall and wet dreams. I am startes from yesterday. Feel very relax and fresh in morning

    Day 3 check in. Felt noticeably more energised today, and put it to good work. Basically up to date with my uni work now which I'm happy with. Also had a great day at the gym. Not too many urges as of yet, and when they occur I've usually been able to keep myself occupied with other things like going for a walk or listening to some music. See you all tomorrow.
