18/365- I want to learn kickboxing and use it as a way to 'channel' or transmute some of my sexual energy and anger. Also, I want to develop some mental toughness. I started early this year but quit as I found it too hard. Anyway, I think i am in a space to learn it now. I have been pushing my body physically by going to the gym and jogging weekly. I think I can handle the physical training involved in kickboxing though it will be hard. I will also add cold showers to my daily routine.
