    @Paul S. Hey brother, melatonin can help you sleep. You can purchase 5mg pills at the drug store. Not for every night, but if you are tired and want sleep they can help. Pumpkin seeds too have a natural source of melatonin. Chamomile tea is good too if you want to sleep.

    Thanks, bro! Chamomile tea sounds like a good and safe idea. I think I have it somewhere in the cupboard. Though I think the problem yesterday was that I fell for a nap after midday. Maybe it confused my body. Also, I am not the first one in these forums who has problems falling asleep due to urges. It's just something we have to deal with sometimes.

    Busy few days, but about to get on a plane to Scotland with a few of my friends. Looking forward to some downtime and celebrating one another, shouldn’t be a problem to abstain as we’re all sharing a flat!

    Middle urges these days. I went to a trip (a beach) was fun but somethimes is difficult to mange the urges. I'm having urges not to porn, instead of that urges to go to talk to a girl that I find sexy. I think this could be normal but it's not when I want to talk with a lot of them. Anyone is passing for this? an advise for this? I don't what that my porn addiction get transformed to a sex addiction.
