Day 0 - Blue Pill

Relapse.

Dabbled with P-Subs, had two wet dreams, feel utter garbage, and deciding that although it's not PM, or intentional orgasm, it feels like a relapse, and the p-subs was the start of it.

New goal: I will reset my counter if I use P-Subs as well as PMO.

No more trying to kid myself that looking at pictures of celebs is okay, or watching Youtube videos of those celebs, no more Facebook, no more watching the news because I fancy the news anchor. It's time to be strict.

I want to reach the rank of Neo, knowing I did not succumb to porn, masturbation, intentional orgasm, or reach for p-subs.

As you'll have seen, I had a similar experience to you over the past few weeks, using P-Subs, and culminated in two successive wet dreams. Although like you, I didn't have to reset, I decided to do so. Your post, and @purplebat14 post in the Viking Challenge helped me realise P-Subs is a secret addiction not many of us will admit, and it's important to kill that off early. I don't want to be on Day 90, and still using P-Subs. It defeats the purpose of trying to overcome addictions!

So yeah, thanks for helping me realise I need to do more to heal!

I called P-subs the "secret addiction" in the Jedi Temple thread. It's everywhere. Today, I just spent a lot of time doing puzzles and reading, and I also only watched the news for the main headlines. There's usual programs I watch, and I just decided not to. I realised I only watch most of them because they have an attractive person on, not because they add any real value or learning for me.

Well done for recognising them. It's a big step forward to cleaning up your mind! Sometimes, we think we're unplugging from the Porn Matrix, but it'll find a way to keep itself plugged into you.
