30/30 wow, i literally cannot belive it, something that i was trying to achive for years and was sure that i wasnt capable of achiving is finally done . If anyone here is having doubts or trouble i can confirm that it is worth every pain you suffered during this challenge - the satisfaction is immeasurable. The things i noticed is that i have A LOT more energy and confidence (even a little bit of agression which i liked lol), got a job, asked a girl out, im a lot more focused now. This thread helped me a lot, my next goal is 45 days, if anyone needs help feel free to ask me anything, im wishing you all here good luck.
