10/30 days done. That is a milestone: First two-digit number and exactly one third of the challenge done. I am very happy! Yesterday I had even stronger cravings and I am getting triggered more easily at the moment. Today, at least so far, it is a little better, but I am very cautious.
Day 0 I'm going to journal today, The best you can do during hard times is to succeed doing small things. Minor things if you succeed like not giving into negative thoughts and self talks that is it. You have succeeded.
11/30 days done. Cravings cooled down again. Overall energy and motivation went down with it too. I guess these ups and downs are part of the recovery journey.
