Day 00/30 done - slipped yesterday and desperately looked for P, wanting to MO. Defenses I built are relatively strong; didn’t find anything satisfying enough to MO. Eventually was able to back off; was tempted to go out and buy an unprotected device, but I was able to actively say no. Happy for the small victory of not going full-relapse, but don’t want to rationalize my behavior either, so today is day 0. 17/30 days done. It’s been 23 days without showing up. I cannot believe how fast the time ran by. I did not relapse, but was busy with different things in my life and didn’t had the need to come here. Today though I felt really depressed and wanted to reconnect with the community. I am in my fourth 30-day challenge now!

Reset... Sad disappointed face... I was at day 18/30 (42 days total). I should have checked in here this afternoon. I kept craving things. Literally paused a tv show to search for bad stuff. It was minor at first, but eventually went too far. I've sent my accountability partner an email. He'll know anyway, the accountability software captured a bunch of it but I wanted to come clean anyway. That's why we have accountability after all. Obvious causes: - up too late - very tired - keywords/images caught my eye on social media, which started me down a bad path. New rule for me: No social media after 9pm. I'll also trying to get to sleep by 9pm anyway, so they go hand in hand. I'm going to start afresh in the 3 day challenge. All the best!
19/90 days done. Everything fine so far. I went to the doctor because I was sick a lot this summer and had fatigue and stuff like that. Thought it might also had to do with the reboot. The doctor said my symptoms are likely linked to the masks and other protective measures that came with the corona restrictions. Now that everyone stopped using the masks the immune system is not used to that many pathogens and is getting overwhelmed. But it is supposed come back to function normally again... I hope so.
Day 7/30 Small milestone, longest streak I've been without pmo. Let's hope we get to Day 14! Keep rocking everyone, yall killing it!!
