Get ready guys. For many of us the first 24 hours are gonna be the hardest.

 

That also, since i blocked internet access on phone except to selected sites (news sites and apps works). I cant watch porn on iphone anymore. Similar with macbook i use qustodio, screen time and admin rights to block access to p sites.

Nice. This is what to do:

1. Remove all browswe except safari

2. Download qustodio. Its free, and you setup the porn blocker as you wish.

3. Create a new user account on your macbook, that is not administrator.

4. Setup screen time. Block porn sites, block the possibility to change settings in screen time and other important settings such as apple log in. You need to make sur you do not loginto your apple account.

5. Add screen time password, best is by typing random numbers on keyboard quickly at same place. I usually forget after. When it asks you to add recovery email, just say no or click in goback/cancel and you will be able to proceed without recovery email.

6. Change your qustodio login password and your admin account password to something random. Copy and send these into future using whensend.com . I recommend sending your qustodio password several months into future. Your admin password you could start easily by sending 1 month into future incase you need it, otherwise send it longer.

Its important you remove all browsers except Safari, as its the easiest to block porn and cant bypass using other methods. Also you cannoy delete your history as its tied to your time screen which means that you are screwed if someone happens to see your history. You also not having access to admin account means that you cannoy download anything such as new browsers.

 

Hope it helps, try something new. Also to clarify, after step 3 the screen time should be setup in your new accouny which will be your new main account. Copy everything/files etc that you need to your new account (with usb, google folder etc) as otherwise you cant access these when you send away admin password. Its worked for me, 72 days since i watched porn at home, which was when i set it up.

 

Only 1/39 (~2,5 %k) made it through this years challenge, so its a really hard one but still possible. Congrats to @Ūruz and hope that he inspires you all.
