    If you recover, you would be the biggest inspiration for many of us and many more to come. Many will see this thread in the future and get inspiration which would save their lives. Hope you will recover very soon.

    This is paws i sleep better then ever but i Wake up 2 hours later and it takes me 40 mins daily to fall asleep back lol if i have to urinate or not doesnt matter but i know its neurotransmitters related

    You crossed more than 80% in your recovery Journey, Stay Strong you can do it! We believe in you!

I'm no expert when it comes to this, but something similar used to happen to me during the first few months when I started - I had this insomnia and sleeping difficulties similar to what you are describing, over time this insomnia had faded away althouhh it did happen sometimes but not as regular as it were last year.

    All I can say is that I wish you to make it through this, I pray for you my dear friend! Hope you'll make it!

    Let's hope someone that has more knowledge responds to your reply.

    i know for myself in the past fantasy has always lead to relapse. Maybe not straight away but it always happens eventually. This journey is already hard enough as it is and i believe you need to save willpower for the times when you will need it the most. Fantasy burns through willpower over time and is not an infinite resource.

    whether or not it effects recovery depends entirely on how you are fantasising and for how long. Most likely you are activating the same pathways and from my experience fantasy can be just as powerful as watching P.

    my advice would be to work on eliminating fantasy as it really serves no purpose but to make this journey harder and relapse more lilely.

    Everyone has sleeping issues during their reboot, we are not different. Lately, when going to bed, tinnitus symptom becomes more evident, this is recent for me.

    Well...you are getting better, that is the pattern. Bustin all kinds of nuts in the near future, I pray to Jesus, Buddha, Mickey Mouse and my neighbour who lives on the third floor, that this will be your case.

    - Do you consider Fantasy to be Relapse or is it just a Setback ?

    Any explanation to this will be a lot helpful.

    Just my input. I would consider fantasizing as edging. You are still activating the same pathways in the brain that you are trying to get rid of. Besides, fantasizing stimulates our nervous system so it doesn't allow our nervous system to actually calm down. And the most important thing is it would easily lead one to relapse which would be the last thing an addict wants to do. Remember, once we control our thoughts, we control our actions. If you want to recover, then why do something half heartedly? Lets give our very best to defeat our dire enemy.
     
  11. You're right, my question was what if someone judt fantasies without relapse - is that considered alone a sort of relapse ? Or setback or what exactly ?

    Indeed it's too dangerpus and it can re-activate the same neural pathway!

    A/ Suppliment and Medicine with Doctor supervision.

    B/ Time and Abstinance and Patience. ( without the use of the first just time and abstinence and patience. )

    B, no wet dreams, hardmode, cultinating health, improve qi, just never relapse thats it one long streak no relapses in between

    I'd say A. Although I've done B. A because not everyone can handle it. This paws has to be one of the toughest recoveries even when compared with hard drugs. It's okay to see a doctor if you can't take it anymore. I'm not going to go into conspiracies about psychiatry because frankly I've been a patient too. I've seen the other side, it's better to seek treatment. I remember being genuinely suicidal once in paws. It was terrible and dangerous. My medicine helps me avoid relapse as it keeps me in a good state (the medicine is unrelated to recovery). So yeah be in the best shape mentally and physically so you can beat this addiction. Good luck!

    There is nothing medicine can do over PIED. Only the brain can heal itself. Healthy routines and time, that s about it.

    And of course, avoid all artificial sexual stimulation.

    When i got 2 weeks full blast of benefits without medications i can get through paws as well :) no doctor will help you only this forum. Its harsh but temporary:) even a docter suggested me to wank ;( never ever telling my own mental health or general health to anyone except like minded people. If i broke my leg a doctor is 100% good in helping i agree
