  2. It really depends on how you want to approach your goals.
There are millions of ways and frameworks, and it's up to you to decide what to keep and what to discard.
Also, keep in mind that different things work for different people.

Huberman Lab has plenty of very good podcasts; you can start here: The Science of Setting & Achieving Goals

If you enjoy reading, you might want to try the following books:

    • "Deep Work" by Cal Newport (powerful, but hard to execute IMO)
    • "Finish What You Start" by Peter Hollins (plenty of easy-to-follow rules, a good starting point)
I won't recommend any quick tips as I believe they don't work in the long term.
I would also advise against following recommendations found on the Internet, as 95% of it is likely to be misinformation.

    Good luck!

  7. Failed yesterday. Day 0 today.
I felt tired and overwhelmed towards the end of the day. I also got strong urges every time I woke up the last days.
Yesterday I didn't do any exercise or go out of the house at all.
While I manages to successfully counter urges during the day I eventually lost control of myself and failed.
I fooled myself into believing for the moment that Psub is not that bad, that I just want to know the story etc.
And then the same known misery follows.

I am stressing over finding a new job, I have two months left that I will be paid.
There will always be stress though I know it for some time. I need to increase my capacity to handle urges.

If I don't do no PMO work, meaning reading healing material, working with the Remojo app etc, I will not progress.
Something to keep in mind so I don't fool myself.

  14. Day 25

Previously, Each and every time, my urges lead to watching porn. Porn was the things that made me to relapse again and again. It took lot of time to realise my root cause. Today, this early morning, my brain needs dopamine from pornography. Today my urge to physical contact is less. My brain needs novelty porn videos and my brain instruct me to search through various websites for hours and hours of time. This felling of wanting pornography is little intense.

So I'm here to journal all my feelings and to accept them as a part of nofap recovery journey.

Hence, my advice to Nofap Fapstronaut, is to realise your root cause of relapse (which is mostly unarguably Pornography). You must journal all your feelings to succeed in Nofap.

This is, How to start journal?
Basically, any new thread may your journal. Usually they are at "reboot logs". Go to "forums" section, scroll down and you can find "reboot logs" section. There, you can find logs based on your age (below 20, 21-24, etc) or your interest. Go inside, click "Post New Thread" on top right corner. That page is your journal. Copy that page and paste that on your profile details -"Journal Thread Link" tab.

So in my opinion, Any form of porn (including kamasutras, online sexual writings, not proven / unauthorised sexual guides, some old writing) are really bad, unhealthy, sometimes leads to illicit behaviour, and more and more.
