Last night I was so close to relapse, but in my mind came the memories of a nofap video or two I saw many times on youtube, and I told myself "NO" and went back to see those two videos.

Went on a date this weekend and felt more confident than ever. After dinner we rode back but I decided to take it slower than I would have in the past and decided not to invite her home. She’s been texting me snd continuing to show interest. I’ve noticed my libido increased and feeling stimulated. Working on healthy self care practice and noticing what’s coming up in my body/emotionally so I can channel it into healthy outlets like cooking and singing with my voice coach.
