I had the same experience about 3 months ago: I used to use Tinder to find a serious relationship and I got close a few times. But now it's become a mix of heaps of fake profiles and escorts just advertising themselves. I got triggered by one too and nearly relapsed. Luckily I did not cave in, was a unbalanced for a couple of days and after that my productive / focused self again. I of course removed Tinder and swore to never use that app ever again.

 

Day 484

Just over 2 weeks left for the 500 day mark. Have had a very busy and stressful period last couple of months: I was applying for a new job that would mean moving out of the country: a quite intense set of interviews / assessments plus the thoughts / investigations about if and how moving my life would be. On top of that I had to buy all the stuff for my bathroom renewall and am now at the end of 3 week period where the guy is making a mess of my house and me needing to assist here and there. Ow and in the meantime I have no toilet nor a shower in my house... And just to challenge myself a bit more: Two weeks ago I went on a speeddate event where I talked to 22 women and I got 3 matches from it... so in between these busy times I was also going in three dates with three different women.

And this was ON TOP of what I already was doing: every week 4x gym, salsa course, language course + homework and a full time job...

Now I'm tired, a bit frustrated because 2/3 dates completely ended and the 3rd I'm doubting if I like her. Also the job I applied suddenly came to a halt with zero response from the company I was having interviews with. So that ended quite abruptly as well.

But on the positive side: regardless of the stressful and busy times I had zero moments that I had to fight off the strong urge for porn or looking up hot escorts online!! Sleep is still quite stable too and I'm getting really strong in the gym. Now coming weeks it's time for more me time: taking a few days off, enjoying my new and clean bathroom, going to the sauna, etc.

Had to face some strong urges yesterday but did not give in.
I am on vacation these days so trying to chill a bit.
I am still in the job interviewing process, hopefully something will come of it soon.
@Lexro84 spectacular progress going through all this stress and not being triggered, really admirable.
Also nice of you to mention Easter. Happy Catholic Easter to people celebrating.
