Nofap forums are a great example of the good internet has for us. And so are so many other forums and websites that are dedicated in the manner of sharing good with the world.

@FoamRoller thanks for the advice in mist of my pmo problem I could have neglected the Internet and how good and caring it can be.

Also I am keeping away from the internet because I ogle at every women and I don't want to do that.

The relapse was bad because I the kind of way I fapped was something I had never done before.

I relapsed to peer to peer cam chat a person I had done this before with in Dec 2018 Jan 2019 sent me a what's app message out of nowhere and I got overwhelmed and agreed to do the cam to cam fap.

I have learned that I must stay away from mindless Internet surfing and YouTube because little by little the triggers accumulate and at ground zero where I had to resist the temptation I could not because those little triggers made me feel I wanted that so much.

Yes I will this time its 90 first then more and more.

Thank you for the likes. I was living a life where I had to lie and manuplate to get likes but after a few months of being here on the forum with everybody, learning from everybodys experience I have been able to take this baby step towards improvement in my life. I am so grateful towards the forums as it has saved my life literally.

I relapsed this streak and my next best streak was 47 days, things weren't going well but somehow on my current streak I'm on day 181 today ~ cheers my friends, thank you all so much for liking and commenting on my status posts.
