Haha! I've finally crossed half of journey. I've completed 45 Days on NoFap hard mode. Feeling awesome and today I've believed myself!!
Let's see and let me prove you wrong!!!I'll take it as a challenge!! I'll won't relapse. These all fucking lies,I'll experience all by my own
Guys, I have a question... Is it possible to relapse after day 30? You know what, I'm 100% I won't relapse coz I'm satisfied with curnt lif
Yes it is possible to relapse after any amount of days but we shouldn't because its just going to make us miserable again.
A relapse is always possible, no matter how big your streak is. I saw some dudes relapsing after huge streaks of maybe 700 days or things like that. That's why you need to keep your guard up all the fucking time.
In you case when you gave up pmo u gave up it one stroke? In first phase it took me almost months to reach 7 days... Then I followed not to watch only porn.... I am trying this for almost 7/8 months
Yes, actually I was also trying to do NoFap for many months but I couldn't get success. And I used to failed because of my phone full of triggers. My big streaks was 15 days, and 25 days and I was failed because of triggers. And sometimes I got urges even without triggers. It was fucking hard!! And on completing my 30 days challenge, I got no urges
You are at 25 days of NoFap, and you feel awesome. You doesn't just feel awesome, YOU are awesome. Keep rocking buddy, and congrats on this amazing streak. You will succeed. You must succeed.
here I'm again in Day 25.Today I'm feeling awesome, maybe my flatline period is over. Today I'm so happy because my highest streak is 25...
Hi guys, I'm here on Day 24. The problem is that I'm on flatline and it's killing me, I'm emotional in pain. Please help!!
Easy . If you really want to continue, you will . Just stop for a minute and do nothing. Forget everything . Just be. Like you are dead. Turn off your head .
I wish I'd reached 24 days by now (and I plan to reach, despite setbacks)... So, congrats on that. Remember that feelings come and go, otherwise we might've not been able to perceive them. This too shall pass, sooner or later. Just let whatever experience be. In time, you'll be able to let it go its way; you might not even realize the change right away when it happens.
