    Yeah same. That was confusing me but I went through my old journals and reboot logs and noticed that I had the same effects, but towards the end of my flatline. Around day 56 or so.
    
    Your 35 day streak helped get you here. Hit another streak like that and you'll be in another place entirely.

    I know my goal. To be a better person in general, to not feel like I need sex or masturbation. To have a normal relationship that doesn’t consist of having to think about just sex. I was a sex addict when it came to it. And like is there an end to NoFap like after 90 days? I mean I know you can continue but idk what I’m trying to say

    Your nofap journey will "come to an end" when you successfully develop a new lifestyle which is more rewarding than your current one.

    No it's okay, I get it. The goal is to reboot your brain and recover from this addiction. It can take 90 days, 180 days or a year. Whatever. For the moment, just stick with one goal, let's say 90 days, and see what happens. Then set a bigger goal if needed. You got it man. Stay strong.

    Lol dw here's some advice you can actually use:
    
    1. Exercise late in the evening. Mainly aerobics. 100 jumping jacks will do nicely.
    2. Stick to a regular sleep cycle, mainly the time you wake up at. If you stick to this, you will definitely notice a significant improvement in energy levels.

    3. Avoid blue light about an hour before bed. If you don't wanna put your away, just turn on the Blue Light Filter to 60% or more.
    4. Meditation helps, if you're up for it.
    
    Personally, I have never really faced any sleep issues as my studies often require me to take certain... liberties with my sleep cycle XD I count myself lucky for this.
