I was so innocent a few years ago. And now? I did so many PMO sessions that I am not able to tell how many times I relapsed. I quit it, now. May 8, 2024 at 12:43 PM

    Sorry to hear you are feeling depressed. I am not a perfect adviser, but I would do everything to just be going forward. Don't look back on your past relapses, there is no need to repeat the PMO cycle. While abstaining there might occur various states of mind with depression included like you have mentioned. It will fade away, I promise you will be feeling better if you resist being on the streak.

  Ask yourself what made you relapse and learn from your mistakes brother, write your mistakes on a piece of paper and remember stop after one relapse do not continue assuming it as a day 0, it's not at your body level, your struggle didn't gone waste.

    I just finished working out at home while ago. Now I feel better, but today I felt probably as terrible as I don't remember I felt before. Mix of exhaustioin, deppresion, sadness, anger and lethargy.

    Thank you. I have learned that once you let yourself to peek or touch "for a little" or "only once" than the wave of the terrible urges and temptations will come and relapse is guaranteed sooner or later. The more you give in the more difficult it will be to end it up. That addiction is frightening...
    Let's fight that addiction!
