I'm sick of all the fucking relapses recently. Why don't I just get as much of it out of my system as I can first?

Well it seems this P blocker app I've used is now malfunctioning. Looks like I'll have to do this the old fashioned way

I'm reactivating my P blocker on my phone, which means I'm going inactive here as well since this website triggers it

There has to be a way to stop myself from subconsciously going to these sites. It's never an innocent thing

Well, I failed NNN, but I will say it was one hell of a fight. I will still keep pushing on

I turned this build up of testosterone into 30 push ups today. That's more than I've ever done in a week

I believe the root of all my problems come from these P sites I frequently go to. I can still M as long as I don't log onto these sites

So I've changed my overall goal to just keep pushing until I can't take it anymore, release, then continue on

I don't want to give in. I want to surpass my all time record of 30 days

NoFap November has started and I got as much out of my system as I could. Wish me luck. I'm gonna need it
