Day 2: one full clean day under my belt. I feel like I’ve been saturated by porn..this is the only way.
Day 3 no pmo: it’s so easy to drift into watching porn, as soon as I write the search words into Google I know I’m done. Keeping focused.
Day 2: I tired of the endless cycle..being at the mercy of porn is soul destroying with zero self worth. Any advice to succeed.
Day 17: working from home again and easily drifting into watching porn and fap. No pmo though. No porn rest of today.
Day 4: I’m finding it tougher in the early stages of giving up. Brain is more susceptible to letting in porn. We fight on.
Day 2: so after a decent run I caved, alcohol the trigger. What better time to beat my 40 day PMO free life than with lent. No booze too.
Day 39 no pmo: wanked last night, strangely had erection middle of night too. Porn creeping back into my mind at times.
Day 38 no pmo: erections at night are hit and miss but certainly more before I gave up. Visited a porn site but quickly switched off.
Day 35 no pmo: NoFap is the way forward. NoFap has meant significantly less desire to watch porn or pmo.
Day 32 no pmo: lots of triggers 2 days ago meant I nearly pmo’d. watched some porn but stopped. Fap led to increased desire. Now Nofap.
Day 28: 4 weeks in & feeling good. Fails before aren’t fails, they help u prep you for success… get angry with addiction. Self worth def up!
