        @roofs I've been a part of this community since 2017. PMO had such a death grip on me, I couldn't stay away for more than a week. Now each fap session makes me feel horrible about myself and started to give me incel thoughts. Plus, I beat into my head that I've lost nearly 2 decades of my life to this

        It's hard not to constantly think that you've just "lost" a lot of time. I've been on here for quite some time now, too. It sucks a lot, I'll give you that.

        I do think this struggle is not for nothing though. I think it showed me that anyone can fall for an addiction and then has to fight to regain control, so at least it fuels empathy within me.
