        Yeah Loneliness could be one of the major factors with Boredom (I think this one is worse than loneliness btw, since I never feel lonely with books :) Btw with “remind why you are doing it” I mean “remind why you are doing NoFap” since there is obviously a reason why you are doing it or you will still doing mindless Fapping…

        True. The extent of testing is to fill out a survey, which can be intentionally or unintentionally falsified, and then they give you a pill. One you can't quit cold turkey without severe, long term ramifications. In contrast, they won't even chart a successful intubation without an x-ray.
