You need to keep it going. Life is always difficult, but make your reasons stronger than corn. You can do it!

First clean day after a week but it's getting better. The brain fog is lack of focus. You need to focus on the sounds around you, your senses in general, smells. You can decide to do it and the brain fog will vanish immediately. It's better to do it outside because at home it's quiet, nothing is moving etc. Brain fog means you're in your thoughts. You probably ignore other senses.

You are only weak when you decide to give up. You can do this.
