    I think non-stop about what could be causing it. I feel like I still have a relationship with my desire to watch porn. I fight it everyday. But deep down I know I enjoy it. So it's hard to tell myself 'No'. Maybe I need time to consider what I want, rather than keep blindly trying and failing

    I think that is a good idea. I mean that is what I did and although I have a massive setback now I am still not chatting with guys or watching porn. I think it is some good progress.

  Having a concussion right after a relapse is very hard. On top of that, I feel like I'm losing a good friend right now. Pray for me.

  1 relapse friday, 4 sunday, probably like 5-7 today. The slope is slippery, the relapse is fierce. Any advice for how to get back on track?

    My main 2 lessons learned from my first nofap experience: 1) Peaking at porn, having half naked women on your instagram feed and just generally surrounding yourself with sexual thoughts is a very bad idea, and I'm surprised it didn't cause me to fail earlier, as I peeked a lot but somehow resisted the urge to fap.

    2) Poor sleep seems to be a major achilles tendon of NoFap. Bad sleep = bad self control. In general, the more healthy habits I have, the more it will benefit my new, healthy nofap lifestyle.
    
    Thanks again to everyone for the support during my first nofap journey. I'm ready to try again!

    Not to rain on your parade but I doubt the quality will be the same.
