I'm on my 9th day of no porn, I've been getting urges to see female nudity, but I know that if I do, I'll cave in, and I want to avoid that. Having struggled with porn for a long time, what would be some suggestions to help avoid relapsing?
I've tightened up the restrictions on my laptop. Its very difficult to get access to porn. And even then its only clothed women I can see. Im going to avoid some of my main triggers, which is my apartment basement when I'm on my laptop alone. I plan on only going down there to play drum kit...
