    I will be trying to refrain from pornography only and try and keep jerking off to a minimum of once a week, and then to once every two weeks and then I will attempt to go full cold turkey im trying this new strategy because I was able to successfully kick jerking off out of my life but then a year and half later I started to watch porn which has really fucked my head up. Doing NOFAP and no porn has been to much to handle at the same time so I’m going to tackle them separately I feel like this will work first I’m going to beat my porn addiction and then the rest will be easy

    That's a good plan, i tried the same thing two years ago when I first tried nofap, I planned to jack off only once a week, but then I surprisingly managed to stay clean for a whole year(with couple edging fails). Just keep your self busy and don't think about nofap, good luck!
