I'm not feeling too upset about this one, just trying to be kind and forgiving to myself since this winter is only getting colder so far so I think it's gonna get worse before it gets better. One positive thing I've noticed is that what I'm actually viewing it getting less extreme so I think I'm slowly beginning to let go of the kinks and fetishes that I've developed through escalation over the years.

Relapsed again. Another perfectly manageable urge but I just didn't even try. I've got my therapy session in the morning tomorrow so I'll save my ramblings for that.

 

Check in starting day 2, been sticking to a routine since, yesterday morning i felt good but towards the end of the day i felt really bad, but nevertheless woke up and did my routine
