    Missed checking in last 2 or 3 day due to being in a bad state of confused mind. Hanging in through the streak as of now.

    Relapsed twice in last 24hours.
    Just had completed 21days but quite a lot tension had built up.
    Saw that relapse coming from a mile away, tried my best to avoid it but all in vain.
    Unoccupied time, no work on self improvement in last 2 or 3 days led me to reset the streak.

    I was fine when I used to work on self improvement and meditate before bed. However in last 2 3 days I had to skip doing these due to frequent traveling.
    Need to minimize unoccupied time in order to move ahead.
