Hey everybody... this is my day 3... I'm very anxious and paranoid because my parents got covid, I'm thinking that it is my fault for not being committed enough with my recovery.
I'm afraid of where I'm going to end up in my life. Not only that, but I'm bipolar and this is hitting me hard.
Any kind words would be very helpful.
Day 1/14 (wednesday)
Day 2. Met a friend for coffee and had a nice walk along the river. Life is good.
Hello Change-Org. Here are some words; it's not your fault. Your parents, and millions of others across the world, have caught covid because of a highly contagious virus, nothing that you have done or not done. Please continue with your recovery one day at a time and have attitude of hope, gratitude and gentleness towards yourself.
@stephanD Thank you bro, sure I will keep my mind on the goal and also on the reasons for that goal.
This is my day 4, everything is gonna get better for all of us. Peace!
Day 1/4 (Thursday)
... and 1st day of July, it always helps, like a New Year : )
13/14. it's been ok, but I know the second half gets harder so when I hit 14 I'm going to start again on the 1 day challenge.
Day 5 here! My energy is coming back, and I want to retain it!
Just completed the 7 day challenge so I'm here for the next one.

Today is day 6
Studying and working hard to become a better man.
Day 15 and jumping back into the 3 day challenge because I know I have to keep building slowly.
