I had a reset last night. Thinking about what happened... I was lonely, (super) tired, and was pleasure seeking - to feel good before going to sleep. Obviously it's a poor choice for how to do that. I'd had a wet dream the previous night after 2 weeks PMO free so possibly also a bit of the chaser effect. The main thing I need to get better at doing is simply putting the phone down: Late at night, using the phone in bed is a BIG risk factor for me. Anyway. That's me.
