Day 2/14 didn’t post on day 1, but I’m back. Went on a 2 week binge. I don’t even know myself anymore. I felt like I was on autopilot the whole time. I’m back though
Day 1, slipped on Wednesday just before midnight so I'm basically tracking December. Super long day today, gonna do some baking tonight and get back to my training grind tomorrow morning, had to take 9 days off because I've been ill but it was probably beneficial tbh, I've actually gained muscle mass since my previous weigh in and lost fat, my body kinda needed the rest
Day 2, first day off work and it is absolutely pissing it down. Still feeling 80% so I'll just do a home workout and go gym tomorrow morning. Working on a personal business project today, setting up a data model and all of the associated stored procs - no better way to spend a grey rainy day tbh EDIT a few hours later - screw that, I hit the gym, not hard because I haven't been in a long time and, honestly, my diet today was abysmal, but I didn't honestly have an excuse not to. No excuses, 1% better every week. I also went for a vigorous walk to process some sugar in my system, did a walking meditation which I really enjoyed. Gonna cook myself something tasty and healthy and I'll hold myself to the usual standard from now onwards
