14 days this morning, thank God, LONGEST STREAK EVER.

Day 6 of 14, Slept alone last night with my wife out of state helping her son after an operation, other then waking up when I rolled over not feeling my wife beside me it was a good night no urges to go waste time online looking at stuff I do not need in my life. Church was good yesterday, the topic of the day was "Casting sin from your life and getting back in a conversation with god" Last week was " Forgiving your wife or husband" Next Sunday will be my 3rd week at the new church, wonder what they will have for a sermon. Fifteen days Free!!

 

Day 5 of 14. Feeling a bit down. Not sure if it's coz of nofap or just the dull weather and slow day

Since day 1, I've this "flatline" ... Had some erotic dreams but nothing more. Keep strong in your mind, your body will follow.

Okay, the flu is mostly gone! Which means I am now in the danger zone again. But still holding on to the idea that one day my life is gonna be way more awesome than it is already.

Day 5.

Didn't meditate yesterday and went out last night and drank too much. Feels like a step backwards after the great progress of last week. Still didn't PMO though... onward and upward!
