Relapsed again.. this is the second time i M ed in 48 hrs right after 9 days gap which is so embarasssing...still gonna fight this addiction no matter what...

Day 5/14
It helps to have 2 jobs to stay busy.
Also had visit of friend couple all weekend and short family visit. I feel like i am using My time much better and also making the days count. Gratefull.

Today i went for mass, after church I was cutting my friends hair. And afterwards I cooked supper, after eating I played video games. And now am going to pray and go to bed

day 3: got a little aroused but i was not in my home so relapse was impossible.
day 4: had no arousal or urges or temptations: 10 more days left.

 

Day 5 past. Moving into day 6.

 

Today has been a very tough day. I have wanted PMO badly and I was almost ready to give in.

 

I just finished 14 days

 

Day 9 almost done. Around this time I have previously been susceptible to urges, not this time though.

 

I completed day 14 at 4pm today. @2525 please add my name to the list, I'll see you over in the 21 day challenge!

On Day 1, Starting again, after going 10 Days, and then relapsing. Here we go.

Day 11 and everything is cool and I think I'm starting to realize that I have more free time to do the stuff that I like ... So do it guyyyys
