It's so easy to be tempted nowadays with all the modernized technology we have. I would recommend CovenantEyes, a safe monitor. Another alternative would be to maybe buy a flip phone for work and leave your smart phone at home. These are just a couple tips that might help.

Relapsed last night. Day 0 of 14 again.
First day done, 13 mores to go
Need a reboot. I have done 7 days before, so will try for 14 this time. Wish me luck, and same to you all. Will be doing no PM as have wife so no O not possible. Day zero. Next 4 days are usually the most difficult.

Had a wet dreams last night which is a good sign! Today has been hard and I get triggers all the time cuz I’m so tired and stressed. Taking a lot to spot them away over and over. But this is what it means to change oneself and I am determined to do it!

We believe in you, just get back up, learn to know your triggers, try to avoid them, and start over tomorrow ok ?
