Half way to completing the 14 day challenge! I've reached three weeks in total on this NoFap streak today as well. Like I said in my journal, it's time for me to take the training wheels off and start to take my self-improvement journey more seriously. This is the time I will succeed. I refuse failure and reset! The grind continues with a renewed vigor!
Day 12 wrote some great philosophy. Have been able to cook for myself instead of going to resteraunts or having my mom cook me a meal also.
11/14. Am alone in hotel room so don’t want to slip. Tomorrow will be 12 - so hope to see you tomorrow. No real urges, but old habits die hard.
That’s day 1/14 complete. Had to start over... again. This is more difficult than I thought, but I know I can do it.

Morning, have lost track of which day I am on but the counter is still going up so thats good.
Getting there! I've had a revelation over the weekend and finally feel happy again. I still wake up most mornings with huge desires, I need to start sleeping better.
I don't really understand what a flatline is, but I think I may be coming out of one beucase all of a sudden I'm starting to want to date, whereas for the past 30 or so days I've not wanted to at all. Feels good man. I feel like I'm a normal human being again!
When I relapse I find it helpful to ask a few questions, and it's really helped me grow:
