If u keep yourself busy it will be so easy but if allow yourself to be alone doing nothing or taking stress in lonliness then get yourself ready for worst consequences so keep your self busy....

Relapsed...Back to day 0 for me.

 

Day10, 11&12: No P and M, but O'ed with normal intercourse, so that was a good thing. Hoping to keep up this streak.

 

Relaxed morning of day 6, feeling good.

 

Day12 2 more to go. I nearly relapsed last nicht but I stayed strong

 

Day 4 of 14 completed!

 

Day 13/14

 

Iam in !relapsed yesterday because i had strong urges few days after completing the 7 day challenges.

 

Day 2

 

Day 6 done and dusted, into day 7 now. Almost half way.

 

Day 7 Done.

 

Screwed up.If i can go one week,I can slowly move up my game to 2 weeks as well.Not giving up.

 

Day 4: I’m hanging in there...
I feel strong but also very cautious...

Day 5. Today is going to be rough, the girl i was talking to stopped talking to me, i tend to give into old ways when im down, but i thought i would update first

 

I relapsed! But you won’t see any tears on my end. Just gotta start fresh tomorrow. Day 0 of 14!
