a few urges here and there and I think its because its hard for me to be in places with alot of people
because I'm an introverted guy

Day 7/14. Half way there! Feeling like I'm getting past a "speed bump" in my recovery.

Day 4/14 done. Quite a easy day. Some small urges, but I could handle them. Went to do other things instead. Off to many more PMO-free days!

 

Day 0... once again..

 

Since I've been relapsing every 2 days or so, I'm going to demote myself back to the 3-day challenge. Good luck everyone!
